Last weekend we finally made it back out to the Seger Farm, over in the western part of Illinois, near Galena. Cheryl and Ammon were babysitting for Anna and Jake, and Heather and I decided to tag along as a good excuse to get away from Evanston for the weekend.
It was pretty hot most of the weekend, but we did some bouldering in the barn, and we went for a walk down to the creek to try and cool off.
I used the opportunity to try and work on my bug photography a bit more. There are lots of very cool bugs and buterflys and stuff out there!
Overall, it was a very fun and relaxing weekend.
