Things seem to be falling into place for our big move to Seattle. Jim and I fell in love with a little houseboat on the canal running from the Pacific to Union Lake. The canal essentially splits downtown Seattle from North Seattle and is a great spot for Jim and I! The boat is moored on the North side of the Canal just outside of the Ballard Neighborhood in Salmon Bay. It's If you check out the google map link, don't forget you can look at things via satellite, too! It's only about 4.5 miles to the University of Washington and runs along the Burke-Gilman trail, a bike path.

At the moment, she's out of the water finishing a marine survey then it's just signing paperwork. Keep your fingers crossed and stay tuned for more pictures!
